Hinged Cuff
is there a reason for a police officer would have used the hinge instead of chain handcuffs on me ... the hinged them?
There was much preferred tight ... and now I have pain ... it has lasted over a week ... one more thing the hinged cuffs were pulled very tight behind my back .. not in front. I say this because the One cop said to the other cop ... you had better use of hinged cuffs on this one ... what he means by it. hinged them safer, or what is or they just designed to hurt more .. I certainly was not treated like a lady ... and I am a lady. .. not a common criminal
If you were a lady, you would not be arrested. It happens to ordinary criminals. They probably spent the hinged cuffs, because you were being combative, and they wanted to neutralize you.
